Our team conducted a UX review, focusing on:

- Creating a new employer account

- Setting up a new talent account

- Job creation by employers

- Bidding on jobs by talent

- Job completion

We analyzed these workflows to identify areas for improvement. During testing, we discovered several issues and proposed a list of enhancements to make the platform more user-friendly.

Sliday designed a Process Status feature to enhance the user experience and created banners to test ideas during the second development phase.
