Te Kōhao Health aims to enhance health, employment, and quality of life through a Whānau Oriented approach tailored to the needs of Māori. Their mission involves providing services that are responsive and impactful, based on extensive research into Māori well-being.

The Sliday team developed a web app that enables Te Kōhao Health specialists to input and manage research data effectively. Our work included designing and developing a website that aligns with their specific needs and structure. We conducted thorough analytics to ensure a well-planned design before development.

Our scope of work also encompassed creating mobile versions of the web app and a slide deck.

Additionally, we developed APPSION, a confidential and user-friendly tool designed to help individuals set and achieve specific, healthy goals throughout their lives. This tool assists families in identifying, mapping, and tracking their aspirational goals while working with a Whānau Ora Navigator. Prior to using the app, families complete an APPSION assessment that provides insights into their situation, helping them set goals to improve their circumstances. APPSION empowers families to actively engage in their lives and make decisions to foster positive change.
